Who we are

Born in New Orleans, Hazel spent her early years in Baton Rouge, LA. At the age of 5, Hazel migrated with her family to Oakland, CA. It was here that she began to hone her skills by using her family for her creative experiments at the tender age of 7. After graduating from high school, Hazel, enrolled in College to study law. After having an epiphany in class, she realized that this was not her passion and decided to follow her dreams of becoming a Chef. While in Culinary Class, Hazel enjoyed baking for the school's Bistro and decided to pursue Baking as well once she finished the Culinary Department. Once there, Hazel began mastering chocolate art , sugar art, decadent candy, delicious breads, danishes, and delectable desserts. Graduating with degrees in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Associate Degrees in both Culinary, Baking, as well as Liberal Arts and Social Science.

 

What we do

We offer the best breakfast, lunch and dinner, catering packages, a variety of themed cuisine buffets, hors d’oeuvres and delicious desserts for any size. We have something to please every palate and budget. We offer the following Cuisines:
African, American, Asian Fusion, Chinese, French, Indian, Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Southern.
